„The motif on the cover of the notebook uses collage technique and is based on unique illustrations  from old books from the Jagiellonian Library collection. The human figures originate from miniatures from the Balthasar Behem Codex, published in 1505 – a collection of charters and statutes of the city of Kraków and its burgher guilds. The book is considered the most precious historic manuscript in Poland. The depictions of plants and animals come mostly from the exotic book Metamorphosis insectorum Surinamensis by Maria Sibylla Merian and from multi-volume works.”

Main paper – produced without the use of chlorine and optical brighteners, ensuring environmental friendliness. it holds FSC® and eu ecolabel certifications, confirming responsible sourcing of raw materials and environmentally compliant production.

Endpaper – made from eco-friendly paper derived from by-products of chocolate production. approximately 15% of its cellulose content is replaced by cocoa bean husks, a waste product from chocolate manufacturing. it contains 40% post-consumer recycled fiber, is gmo-free, and holds FSC® certification. produced using renewable, eco-friendly energy, it helps reduce the carbon footprint by 20%.
